Jai Kara Sheronwali Ka!

BOL SACHE DARBAR KI JAI

Last night, Mumma, Papa, and myself went to Chicago to watch Narendra Chanchal *Live* at Hari Om Mandir in Medinah, Illinois. Absolutely amazing he is! We had gotten there early (thanks to my driving :lol: ) and had enough time to have some time for prayer before the start of the bhajans.

It was suppose to start at 7.30 pm but due to the weather, Chanchaljee did not make it to the mandir until 8.30. His welcome was no less than a dulha’s welcome with band baja and dhol. Once he started singing, the music and Mata Rani’s pyaar just whisked me away. :smile: It took me only closer to Mata Rani as well as Chanchaljee as I ended up dancing to his bhents right in front of him. :grin: He saw my love for Mata Rani and his bhajans that he brought one of Mata Rani’s own red chunni’s and put it around me. I gave him my thanks and again kept dancing. By the end, many people came to me and said that they saw my enjoyment and were pleased to see a young person’s love and excitement towards Mata Rani.

We stayed until the end of the Aarti which was at 12.15 am, received prasad, and then began our trip home. We reached home at 3.15 am which then I talked to Neeraj until 6.30 am. :grin: I even spoke to Arpeeta (my cousin in Surat) for a while as she was on the net.

Ab Mumma ne kaha ke agle saal Chanchaljee ko hamare mandir main bulaayenge in Peoria. Mata Rani ki iccha hui toh bahut jaldi woh aa jaayenge. I can’t wait to tell my nani in Mumbai, she will be so excited! :razz:

    because that’s how it is said in my house as well…but everyone there was saying it …SHERONWALI KA…so then after mere confusion..I left it with the KA :wink:
