Weekend Flew!
My weekend passed by very quickly with being at training till 3 pm then making my two and half hour journey back home. After reaching home, I was ready to just collapse on the sofa after such a hard week, but before dinner, I learned that Prasad and Kavita were coming over! Yay! I love it when they come over.
After they arrived, Bhayia and Papa setup the badminton court in the backyard, and we started a best of 3 series. It was the girls (Kavita and myself) vs. the guys (Prasad and Suraj). The first game we were at 14 to 8 (girls leading). In badminton, the first team to 15 points win. Somehow though, the guys rallied back and tied the game.
The girls came back and won the last two games to win the series!
Sunday morning I was up late that night chatting on the net and phone with Neeraj.
I went to sleep at 6am and was back up by 11. Then had a nice conversation with Rashu about future and men.
Neeraj and I talked once again before he went to sleep. He had gone to look for an apartment near Powai, but the owner was not there.
Ring Ring. Argh.
Alarm goes off at 5 am, but I am wide awake.
Because I took a shower last night all I really had to was close my bag and head downstairs. As I was bringing my stuff near the door, I see that Mumma is still up!
What?!? How sweet she wanted to make sure that I left ok and had everything.
Very sweet; That’s my Mumma.
I got here at 8 am and was worried because I wouldn’t get it here on time, but today we started at 8 am.
No worries.
Alvida for now. Jai Mata Di.

[Manpreet] - Yep I play just about every sport other than bowling or golf (see this post).
I can’t believe that Neeraj didn’t say anything — woh bhi badminton ka pyaara hai.
He thinks that he can beat me… we will see.. koi ek din khelenge.
