NP.com would like to wish all of you a very Happy Diwali! May the new year bring you lots of happiness and prosperity. May you be close to your loved ones on this special day. 
Spoke to Neeraj last night and this morning wished his family (dono bhabhiji and choti bahen). I am always so nervous when I speak to them just so that they don’t feel odd. Its amazing how the nervousness kicks in right at the last minute. Neeraj also gives me no prep. He picks up the phone and says, “lo baat karo” (“Here talk”). Anyway, I think it went well and I always love talking to them (hopefully they feel the same about me 
).
So just when I was going to put the phone down, Neeraj says his niece, Gudden, just came, and she wants to say Happy Diwali, so I was like, okay give her the phone. So in the background, I hear Neeraj say to Gudden, “Chachi hai Diwali wish kar” (“Its your aunt, wish her Happy Diwali”). So then Gudden says, “Happy Diwali Chachi”. Aaaw it was so sweet. 
Even though it was Neeraj’s doing, it was still very cute.
Great way to start a very special day. Happy Diwali!
