Poonam has safely reached Chicago and she is going to office tomorrow after a long time. As far as I remember last time she was in office in Richmond only:smile: and it was 40 days back. Chalo sahi hai, thodi office kee hawaa bhi khaa lee jaaye toh sehat ke liye accha rahta hai:smile: Well I am balancing out her office time here in India by working 13-14 hrs a day for last 2 months:rotfl: but I am happy with my work and all..So many new things I have learnt in this company. Got a really good experience in J2EE technologies:cool:.I got stuck at some places while working on the project but got through from all of those in a very short period of time…Anyways now I am having not that much work, project release of this month has already been released, and the next release is not decided as of yet, may be in March. So next two months will be amazingly chill and will be having a wonderful time with Poonam:rotfl: .I am just waiting for her to come. Most probably I will be taking official leave for 5-7 days in next month and in Jan.
We have decided to go to a disc on the new year eve. We came to know about few discs here in Mumbai like J49 etc. But still we are confused. If any one has a good experience with any disc, please drop a few lines over here about it so that we could think over it. Last time on new year eve, we had a plan for J49 and I bought the tickets as well in advance but because of some problem Poonam was not able to come to India. But this time we are NOT going to miss the chance:rotfl:for sure:rotfl:
I am going to airport to receive Poonam’s parents. Yesterday she told them about my coming and they were delighted to know about it:smile:. Poonam’s mumma was asking her about what I like and all so that she could think of giving me a small gift when we meet first time:smile: . I was just happy after hearing all this from Poonam:smile:. J 49 reminds me of can say bygones well it was happening place at one point of time about two year ago or something initially because it one of the only few disc around but then lost in the race after Fire and ice and others opened Fire and Ice got Shut, then havnt been clubbing since months now its been too long ?.. Athena was good I doubt if its open coz there news about it closing down so I think so must have been closed, enigma is good, there the latest disc which opened is Polyester its at colaba its retro music and styled
We usually in go out in group?.college friends etc .. so .. New place to hangout and chill , just talk etc are the lounge bar, these days ?
I?ll suggest new place later which would be the best place for New year party later next month cant say now?.

Yup a good discotheque can be a nice place to hang out. Crowd and all and good music all plays a part in it.

Neeraj well they all good for going anytime (Athena shut)?.. but for new year usually they have special new year Bash there and other places? so cant say right now which would be good coz its too early
I would suggest Insomnia which in the Taj Mahal hotel in Juhu.This is the place when you want loud & good music and just want to dance away your time.
And then there is Cyclone in the Leela Kempinski, Sahar but I dont have any clue as to how good that is.
And then, for one of the more relaxed evenings I would suggest Not Just Jazz By The Bay which is on the Veer Nariman road.

Yeah Not Just Jazz By The Bay is good yeah , within it outside is pizzeria one of my favorite place and college hangout my favorite pizza Bombay masala out there I just love it and also good pasta pizzeria might have gone zillion of time and never bored of that place?. Not just jazz by the bay is good? but it?s a place where u would just go normally any weekend? not all that special to choose to go for on New Year eve also?
Also if you need any more reviews about more rest and places to just eat out near not jazz there so many?out there Gayloards,chopstik,mocha,etc more ahead relish etc do ask.. after all its my college area

J49, skip it… its not a good place ne more n was recently in news (a few months back) coz of some shady dealings…
Enigma, Insomnia, athenas (i think it opened up last week again), Red light, PolyEster are some Discs which are good… these places are 1st class… crowd will b good n so will b the music…
o yeah Jazz too ! i can show u some pics if u want… we had our ofc party there…
Neeraj, there are tons of other hotels, places where there will be all nite parties going on… which u shud chk… also keep in mind that if u r going to go fr hiranandani the traffic is going to BAD if u gonna party in town…

Yeah I second that Indian Summer get very good Indian food yeah but its more like a family place where u go with family coz the atmosphere totally different . crowd mostly uncle aunty age type places like this are many where u get good food, tea center , Golden crown , Copper chimney , etc there many places to eat like
hotel Marine Plaza you get midnight buffet, other places tendulkars owned by sachin then Mischief owned by sunil shetty

That is exactly what we want to do Sameer. You hit it right on the money. Good music and a good atmosphere where we can dance away the night. I don’t know how good the crowd would be in Juhu?
I know that my cousin Monty talks about the disc inside of Marriott, will have to find out from how how good that is.
I have been to lots of restaurants in the Colaba area like Gaylords and all Puneet.
Maybe you should write a post on the good/bad restaurants in that area. 
Disco information for New Years is what we need to know.

Yes I have been to Indian Summer Kunal. Its a nice place. I didn’t know that it was right next to that Jazz place. Maybe Neeraj and I will make it that way sometime during the trip.
So which is the best Kunal? Enigma? Is Insomnia better than Enigma? What would be your number 1 choice for good music, good crowd, and good atmosphere? Let us know.

poonam Gayloard is in Chuchgate it can say in front of Indian summer approximately.. colaba me toh things like caf? leopord caf? modegar, Churchil . delhi darbar etc are there poonam ill do that some day add new category to my blog ?lifestyle? would suggest the disc next month around 25th something coz usually for new year they have special bash ?

Don’t worry Puneet I won’t sue you.
Kunal, Neeraj and I both prefer North Indian food…but otherwise Neeraj is beginning to like pizza. Do also remember when suggsting that we are both vegetarian. I don’t think that Neeraj ever had Chinese (I am not a huge fan of either but sometimes its good for a change), so if you know any good Chinese restaurants let us know.
