Thanks to everyone for all of your support during my down time yesterday. I really do appreciate that you took your time to send me a mail or comment on the post.
I am feeling much better and now have spoken to Neeraj for the past two hours on the phone has really cheered us both up.
NP.com would like to wish:
Belated Happy Anniversary to Roop Mama & Sangeeta Mami!
Happy Wedding to Gaurav & Karishma!
Happy Anniversary to Anuj Bhayia & Nishu Bhabhi!
Happy Anniversary to Amit & Arti Loiwal!
- With all the hulla gulla, I forgot to wish Roop Mama and Sangeeta Mami on their anniversary on 6th December. Roop Mama is my Mumma’s youngest brother and they live with my nani and Lalit Mama’s family in Mumbai. They have two boys, Rishabh and Gautam. You can check out all of their photos in Poonam’s Mother’s Family Album in Our Photos.
- Gaurav is my cousin, Jugal Chacha’s son. He lives in Bhavnagar, Gujrat and has been engaged to Karishma, who is from Surat in Gujrat, since the past three months. Their marriage is today (8th Dec.) in Bhavnagar. They are the last of the three weddings that have been happening in the family since the past three weeks. You can check out their photos in Poonam’s Father’s Family Album in Our Photos. This was an arranged marriage, and coincidentally enough, Lalit Mama was kind of the matchmaker.
- Anuj Bhayia is my cousin; my masi’s son. Mumma, Bhayia, and I had attended his marriage to Nishu Bhabhi back on this day in 1997 in Delhi. If you remember, I had wished Deepu Bhayia on his anniversary on November 30th. Their story is a basic Hum Aapke Hain Koun where two brothers (Deepu Bhayia and Anuj Bhayia) married two sisters (respectively Ashu Bhabhi and Nishu Bhabhi). Amazing isn’t it?
- Amit Loiwal is a fellow blogger that I met through Mona. I had noticed that he had left a comment that his anniversary is on this date so had to wish him. He is working in Dubai and his family (his wife and son) are in India. I know it must be tough to be away during this special day but don’t worry, soon you will be together.
That’s it for now I guess. I might be back later with another post…we will see. These days I have been passing the time playing the medium level of Spider Solitaire. After three consecutive wins yesterday, I might move up and play the high level today. We will see.
Alvida. Jai Mata Di.

Hi Poonam, How are you?. Was away for a while. Checkin in after quite some days. Any ways, hope u r doing great n eagerly waiting to land in India (hmm, two more weeks).
I read in ur previous post that u were not in a good mood. I can just say, every thing will be alright. Take it easy. Dont think much abt what will happen, live n enjoy this moment. This moment is life.
All the best to you. Enjoy!!
Yes Kunal, the good ol Poonam is back.
Sometimes it happens, not too often with me, but once in a while where everything hits you at the same time, and you don’t know what to do. Thanks for your nice words.
It is definitely fun to watch people celebrate milestones in their lives Mona, may it be anniversaries or birthdays.
I, as well, hope that everyone in my family enjoyed their special days.
I hope that Amit also enjoyed on his anniversary. I know that he will enjoy much more once he is near his family in the next two weeks.
Thanks Abhi! On the wishing, I just use a calendar that has everyone’s special days listed and then just look @ it once in a while to stay remembered.
Nice to see you commenting after such a while Govind.
Yep, the excitement is reaching another level as the days go by.
Enjoy the moment – good thought Govind. That is something that I really should implement because I worry too much about the future.
