If that person has posted comment before then can try must be something in WP coz there this option in movabletype which says ?find all comment posted from this IP?

You can do a tracert command simple in command prompt you can know the internet service provider to know if from India or US

Cant come to know if that a open proxy ip if it turns out to be that

I think, you can compare the IP address of Mr Guess, with the IP of all the persons, who had posted anytime before on your site. Its not so difficult
