Haan Yehi Pyaar Hai..

Current Tune: Kya yehi pyaar hai? Haan yehi pyaar hai, dil tere bin kahin lagta nahi, waqt guzartaa nahi - Rocky

“Koi baat nahi Senorita, bade bade deshon main aaisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hai”

SRK & Kajol in a classic scene from DDLJ

One of my most favourite scenes in the whole movie. There have been times where I have fast forwarded the whole movie, but have only watched this scene. Wah! Kya pyaar hai! :smile: This is the essence of love. Karwa Chuth ki raat, ladki ne kuch nahi khaya poora din, chand nikal aata hai, khana khaate hai, aur maloom chalta ke bina bataye ladki ka humsafar ne uske saath hi kuch nahi khaaya. Phir apne haathon se woh ek doosre ko khilaate hai. Kya scene hai, kya dialogue hai, kya pyaar hai!

There is more to love than fulfilling physical or emotional needs, in fact love is being one with each other, understanding each other, and most of all balancing each other. Just look how SRK and Kajol’s characters balanced each other out in this movie, its just absolutely amazing. Its not necessary that you are opposites, but sometimes too many similarities in two people can clash rather than agree.

Aaj Karwa Chauth toh hai nahi, and I really couldn’t wait to put this photo up till the next Karwa Chauth, so decided that today is better than any other day. :smile: With only three days left, I will also be with the one that understands me and balances me out. One might expect that I would also want to be in the position that Kajol is in above (I think all girls would like to be in that position :lol: ), but love isn’t about Karwa Chauths and vrats (fasts), its about being there for each other @ all times.

Scene dekho aur mast raho. Bindaas. :smile:

Alvida. Jai Mata Di.

    Nice to know that you also agree Govind. :smile: I think I have seen that happen where many similarities cause a clash..so have started to believe in it.

    Interesting thought Aaina. I love DDLJ..and more importantly I really love the impact of this scene that I have shown above in the post. I think because I just picture myself there..and am able to relate to it. :smile:

    Hey!!

    Is that js dependent on local machine’s time?

    Because I see 2 days 1 hour 53 minutes, and 30 seconds left until Poonam will be off to see Neeraj in Mumbai and acc. to Deepak it says 1 day :P. The script should have been server side or it’ll create a lot of chaos :mrgreen:

    Have a nice journey! :wave: {I want to goto India too :sad:}

  14. Poonam Says:
    The countdown was setup with a script, and I really don’t know how to make it server side. If you have any ideas or know how to modify the script than you can let me konw.

    Otherwise the countdown will tell the number of days dependent on your PC’s time clock.

    It was setup basically for my own use.

    Deepak, I will send you the song whenever I get a chance today or tomorrow.
