Beautiful Song, a Must-Hear for All

Current Tune - Hum Hain Iss Pal Yahan - Kisna

I hit a gold mine yesterday. How so? I have been looking for this song, Tumse Durr Rahke from the movie Adalat for the longest of times. Yesterday, I found it. I had looked on CoolGoose, prior to going to India, and I only found the remixed versions. I wanted the original for our All Time Favorite Songs CD #2. After just making a random search on Ares, I found it and it started downloading!

When I was in India, there is a song that I really began to love. Its the song that I am currently listening to, and if you haven’t heard it, you really should read through the lyrics. Once again, A. R Rehman mesmorizes you with his music in this song. You can feel the feelings of the lovers singing to each other, just by the impact of the music. Its really beautiful.

Hum Hain Iss Pal Yahan, Jaane hon kal kahan
Hum miley naa miley, Hum rahe naa rahe
Rahegi sadaa yahan, Pyar ki yeh dastaan
Sunegi sadaa jisse, Yeh zameen aasmaan

Rang dhal jaate hain, Din badal jaate hain
Raatein soo jaati hai, Raahen kho jaati hai
Pyar khota nahi, Pyar sota nahi
Pyar dhalta nahi, Haan badalta nahi

Hum iss pal yahan, Jaane hon kal kahan
Hum miley naa miley, Hum rahe naa rahe
Rahengi sadaa yahan, Pyar ki yeh daastan
Sunegi sadaa jisse, Yeh zameen aasman

Hum jahan aaye hain, Meherbaan saaye hain
Hum yahan khwaabon ke, kaarwan laaye hain
Dhadkane hain jawaan, Ga raha hai samaa
Pighli pighli si hain, Mehki tanhaiyan

Hum iss pal yahan, Jaane hon kal kahan
Hum miley naa miley, Hum rahe naa rahe
Rahegi sadaa yahan, Pyar ki yeh dastaan
Sunegi sadaa jisse, Yeh zameen aasmaan

Judaai main bhi pyaar hota hai….par pyaar toh judaai ke begair hota hai. This song dedicated to those lovers out there that are far from each other, but close by their hearts.

Alvida. Jai Mata Di.

yeah…Kisna has beautiful songs. However the movie is real boring:yes:
Oh well, what cal u say. I am waiting to watch ‘Black’. Seems like a great movie:yes:

  2. Ankur Raheja Says:

Gr8! u found that Adalat song :hyper:
    After search of 6 months…

    idea about Kisna.
    Black has good review.

I just heard the North American review of Kisna on SET yesterday Mannat, and mostly everybody said that they liked it. Only two or three said that it was long. So I think it might do well here in the US but definitely not in India.

Hmm..Black is a real offbeat film. We will see how it does. I really don’t think it will be a super duper hit, especially in India. I think it will do about the same business as Khamoshi.

Thanks Ankur.  Its great to finally have that song.

Hmm..am still not sold that Black will do well in India.

you are right. Black won’t do well on box office. It’s not made for the masses. But it sure will leave an impact on you. Atleast that’s what I think:yes:
It seems to be made on the same lines as Khamoshi. But I love Sanjay Leela Bansali’s direction. So even though this movie will move in a slow pace, it sure will win over many people’s hearts because of the acting & directon.

Let’s just hope that it isn’t slow as Devdas. Sanjay Leela Bhansali has made some good ones like Khamoshi and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. I definitely think it will be interesting to see once because of the characters and to see the story. He is good at making hype for his movies, and he is done it again with Black. I think you are right Mannat when you say that it will leave an impact with you…maybe something similar to how last year Phir Milenge left that mark.

Yeah, thats a cool song. I liked it too. :)
