Awards - Giving and Receiving

I was hoping that Neeraj would write a post, but because he has had close to none time, I guess I will have to spread the good news.

At his work, Neeraj is one of 40 Java/J2ee developers, and currently they are going through their apprasial process. Not only did he receive a 5 out of 5 rating for his appraisal, but my dear jaan was awarded as the “Most Talented Developer“ on the team:!:

My love, you have worked really hard the past year with this company. Only you and I know that you came into this company a year ago with hardly any hands-on J2EE experience and have carried the team throughout the many releases. I am really so happy for you Neeru, you really deserve this award for all of the hardwork you have done. I am so proud of you my love!!

Because of these good news, I am treating you all to a lovely treat, rasgoolas. Enjoy!

Now the next piece of business, after much adue, NP.com would like to award Miss Pareeka Murti on a job well done, as she receives the trophy for the Mathematician of the Year award. Pareeka was the first to complete both questions on the “Can You Solve This?” post, and Neeraj and I would like to present her with this trophy. I know it may seem like nothing, but do remember that you are receiving this award from NP.com. Thanks for being a great sport and answering the questions.

Tomorrow I am headed with Mumma to the Hari Om Mandir in Chicago to see Narendra Chanchal live. This is the second time that it is being held @ the mandir, and let me tell you its going to be as good as the last time. Will show you all of the pics once I return on Saturday.

Don’t most people make speeches upon receiving trophies? Perhaps i should too……….:yes:

I hope you find it to be the perfect prize Pareeka dear. I looked long and hard and this is the best I could come up with.

You are the Mathematician of the Year, and whenever there is going to be a math related question or post then you will be the first to be questioned.

You should give a speech, Neeraj and I are waiting for it.

Yep, you are the first to receive a trophy at NP.com, now that you mention it, more reason for a speech.

thats a great news!!! Neeraj, congrats on ur award….. :) and Poonam jus rasgoolas r not enough.. we want a big treatttt..

@ Mannat. You knew the answers to the questions? Aawwwww, tumhara bad luck kharaab chal raha hai.

You are lucky Prasad that I am still awake, hence I can comment on your comment. Why are you dumb? You are not dumb @ all. You are a very smart guy who is quite busy in his work. Maybe an award should be given for that.

Sirf rasgolla se nahi chalega kya? The big treat will given when you come for our wedding, aaogai naa? Neeraj aur main hamari shaadi par tum sab bloggers ko ek bahut badi treat denge.

Poonam:smile: Thanks my love:smile: I am really happy with my job and work and on top of all I got the credit for my good effort:smile: Yes Poonam I was very new to J2EE a year ago but in past one year I have got to learn so many things in the company. The only reason for it was I always enjoyed the work and took it as a challenge.
Rasgullas were really sweet Poonam:smile: I wish if it were real:smile: and I have already seen how much happy you were when you got to know about the news:smile: Truely my happiness got doubled:smile:

Oh Neeru, I am very proud of you my love. For all of the hardwork you have put into your work in the past year, you really do deserve it. You liked the trophy eh? Haan tumhe toh sachi wali milegi.

Yup you are a smart guy Prasad. I have been telling Neeraj to take some time out in the past two weekends to write a post, but it hasn’t happen. One of these days he shall surely write.
