The day started early today for Neeraj and me as we woke up at 8.30 this morning. I tried really hard to get back to sleep…its the weekend….its the chance to sleep in, but it didn't happen.
Neeraj had been working last night..so he got up and went to say hello to his laptop. His "hello" ended up becoming his rest of the day, as issue after issue, he has been at it on the laptop doing his office work, even as we speak.
In between I did get him some breakfast and a snack, and now trying to determine what we will have for dinner. I, on the other hand, started with watching India's Got Talent and then on the PC checking out whether Internet services can be cheaper than what we have today.
Lo behold – AT&T finally provides service in our area, and I was able to order, slash our current telephone/Internet in half, AND have faster Internet service (double what we have today)! I don't think that it can get better than that.
Then helped my bro get a design done for his new website, talk to the parents, and then start working on our own blog. I can't believe that I have gone this long and not have posted. It seems that life has been going in such fast speeds, that my poor blog got left behind.
Nevertheless, I am going to try not to have that happen anymore So spent the afternoon updating Wordpress, then updating the design, plugins, etc…
Now Chotte Ustaad is on, and I am watching to notice that Sonu Nigam's hairstyle is getting more and moer out of control. First, the long hair doesn't suit him, and Second, whatever dreadlocks type look he has today - looks awful.
Oh well, the singers however are quite good and a joy to listen.
Alvida. Jai Mata Di.
Oooh ooohhh….so you ARE reviving your blog….lovely! okay let me read it now.
I am trying to revive it.. :) Do you like the new look?
Hmmmm…..busy neeraj! BTW I need to call you about Vegas. B said he would call since he hasnt talked to you guys so I am waiting…….haha
And tell me about Sonu Nigam’s hairstyle…yuck! Thank god he hasnt changed his voice to match his hair….
I do! Very nice! and I like the tagline too :-)
Thanks!!!
Look who is back!!! And that too with a new look.
AT&T is great. Have been with them for 6 yrs, and love their service…. With both phone and Internet.
And I agree with u about Sonu Nigam. I am hoping that one of these days he will be back to his original hairstyle. But love that show. What talented kids they are!!
You are back you are back you are back!
I’m glad you’ve come back to blogging, and I know what you mean about life going by so fast!
Yep Manu – I am back!!!
Hopefully, here to stay.
It was interesting about AT&T because when we moved in this house 4 years ago, I called them to see when they could setup our service, because we moved only 1 mile or 2 from the apartment building, and we had AT&T there, but to find out, they didn’t provide service where the house is!
So then we had no choice but to take Century Link which has been expensive.
So yesterday – I am not sure what made me start looking again, but I tried their website, at first it wasn’t taking our address, then I talked to the AT&T live chat, and the guy was really helpful. He first confirmed that they do provide service to our address, and then tried some different combinations, and it worked! So I am pretty excited.
As for Sonu Nigam – oh my gosh, every time I see that show, it seems that he has done something oddly with his hair. But yes, the kids are great – but a bit disappointed that Ansh and Wania got out last night. I thought they were really good.
Yes Mary – I am back! Hope everything is going well with you!!!
Oh no, I was not able to watch last night, but it was recorded for me to watch it today. Wania was my favorite. She did not fit a typical stereotypic pakistani girl image, and that is what I liked about her. Plus ofcourse she was a great singer along with Ansh. What a disappoinment!
(have always loved this smileys
)
Hope Neeraj gets a well deserved break. Isn’t it great to get faster Internet for cheaper! We had a similar situation on Comcast. Nice.
Ya it was definitely a bummer Manu!
I really liked both of them too!
Thanks Daniel! I am trying to convince Neeraj that we should go for a “getaway” weekend, but I am not sure. I am really excited about the Internet! It will be great!
